		<description>Best Buyer Beware - Best Buy is now selling damaged electronics merchandise and then refusing to refund your money.  I bought a 32 inch Toshiba television and when opening it at home found two large cracks on the screen.  Best Buy said it wasn&#039;t their problem when returning it that same day and said to call Toshiba.  Toshiba said Best Buy damaged it and is trying to get out of refunding the money or replacing the television.  Buyers Beware - make sure you use your credit card so you can dispute the charges for damaged Best Buy products!!! </description>
