Is your VC too old?

A lot of people don’t jump innovation curves. It’s awfully hard to stay at the top of your game for a very long time.”  Claire Miller’s article, “Do Young Venture Capitalists Have an Advantage?” explores this topic (upsetting as it is for old guys like me).  She asks, “are newer, younger venture capitalists actually better at the job? Some limited partners, who invest in venture funds, say they are, because they are more plugged in to ever-changing technologies and closer in age to 20-something entrepreneurs.”
