It has to be the worst service known to mankind. The teenaged idiots who are supposed to be customer service are rude, rude, rude and stupid to boot.

I went there looking for some lights. I couldn't find the lights so I asked this blonde girl in the lighting department. She said there, over there — three times. Not once did she bother to lift her lazy shoes and walk 5 feet to where 'there' was. She was both rude and stupid.

I picked up the lights and deposited them somewhere else in the store because I wasn't going to buy from such a rude place. She will now have to spend time picking up the lights from a department far-far away. IKEA sucks. Their furniture is cheap, the displays are dirty with broken pieces and their prices are actually very high for the quality which is nonexistent.

I hope they go out of business in Portland in favor of a store that actually has good furniture and housewares at a decent price. I think IKEA is simply Swedish for: customers drop dead.
