Overture: Dallas-based M&A Guys

Scott and I sat down with Russ Woolery and Aaron Solganick of Overture Equity Advisors this afternoon. Overture focuses on advisory services for software and IT services businesses. Russ and Aaron have worked with companies like Geniant, EMC, Perot Systems, Vivendi, Take-Two Interactive and Zamba.
Scott set up the meeting and I had no idea why we were getting together so I spent a minute ‘googling’ Russ and Aaron. Turns out Russ is an avid diver and was involved in a crazy incident in Belize a few years ago. I won’t go into the details, but you can read about it here.
