Outsourcing, in a meaningful way has been around now for over 3 decades. For some companies, it has been a strategy while some have been struggling with the decision. Why do companies outsource? What do they outsource? How do successful companies use outsourcing as a strategy. What roles do outsourcing professionals plays in helping businesses reach the strategic decision? This presentation will create some interesting dialog for the meeting attendees.

Outsourcing Strategy: Organizational Fit, Challenges, and Opportunities

What is the current role of strategy in corporate America and what part does outsourcing play? Where is outsourcing positioned today and how will that change in the future?
