VCs and Angels to Tighten Wallets

Henry Blodget says, “U.S. Economy Screwed” in a post earlier today. The New York Times suggests that we are in store for three ‘crappy quarters’ while other folks suggest that we are simply ’screwed’. Turns out angel and VC financings slow down when the economy goes into the tank. Of course that tends to ‘dampen’ startup activity. Check out Henry’s recession timeline:
