5 Things You Probably Didn’t Know About Me
January 10, 2007
Scott Burket "tagged" me with the "5 things you don’t know about me" meme this week. Scott explains,
A game of “tag” has been going on within the Blogosphere where the tagged person lists five things about themselves that are not generally known and then tags five more people to do the same. I have been “tagged” by fellow tech blogger Mike Shaffner, who runs the “Beyond Blinking Lights and Acronyms” blog (great name, Mike!).
Here are five things you probably didn’t know about me:
- I went to three elementary schools, two junior high schools and three high schools (my Dad is a corporate turnaround guru).
- I played lacrosse (middie) in high school and for a time in college.
- I competed on a national level in cross examination style debate in high school (Texas and Georgia) and college (University of Texas).
- I was in the Marine Corp (MOS 0331: Heavy Guns) Expert Weapons Qualification Badge (scored 248 at M16A2 qualification, receiving high shooter award).
- I enjoy painting large format abstracts using acrylics and non-traditional materials.
I am giong to resist the urge of tagging 5 other bloggers, but feel free to share your five things if you have the time or inclination.
