Starting Fresh in 2007

Michele and I are putting our house on the market early in 2007. We need a little more room (our family has grown) and a little more land (our son needs more of a yard). I went ahead and posted the listing on Zillow (my favorite real estate site). If you are in the market for a fairly cool house in the North Dallas area (near Greenville and Royal Lane) take a look.
