Having to go from the initial registration page to check my email, then click on the url in the message to get to the confirmation page, then go _back_ to the original page to continue was awkward. The wording on the confirmation page “If you still have the fancast open you may close this window otherwise click here to request a phonecall.” reflects this awkwardness. You can presumably just close the original page and continue from the confirmation page, but that’s not what it said to do.

Also, I choked when leaving a comment and there was 10 seconds of silence at the beginning. Maybe the system would have removed the silence later on, but that wasn’t reflected in the comment playback.

Some suggestion of how long to make the comments would have been helpful, maybe during the intro part of the phone call. If it’s short, might make sense to force a preview.

I got a kick out of the phone call, it was a nice change from the standard “submit a comment online” sort of thing.

All in all, very cool.

I just tested it out. I can agree with what Christopher St. John said. I understood what was going on, but some may get confused.

That being said I registered and generated a call. The phone call was self explantory and everything worked great!

Very cool concept.
