PodServe won best in show at Under the Radar!

Yesterday I presented PodServe at Under the Radar, a judged event tracking early stage technology innovation held at Microsoft. I was quite nervous and thought I really blew it after my presentation was finished. We thought PodServe and Fancast had a good shot as I knew two of the judges, but after my performance I was convinced I had let our team down.
Brian just shot me the link to the results page for the event; we won “Best in Show: I’d pay for that!” as well as the people’s choice award for the Broadcast section. Ironically, we lost the panelists in our category, they voted for Podbridge (a pretty cool looking application). I want to take a moment to thank our team who worked tirelessly this weekend: Rodrigo, Alex, Fred and of course Scott - major kudos guys!

Congrats, guys! This is so great. I’ve always felt that awards are the some of the best ways to publicize your product. Even if you don’t win, the judging panels are almost always people in the know, people who get it. The impression/foot in the door you get with those people is worth the entry fee. bk
