RSS Fund - First Investment: Attensa

Remember that RSS private equity fund called RSS Investors? Back in June I blogged about them here. It looks like they made their first investment, $5MM of a $9MM round in Attensa. Attensa is developing a web syndication/RSS network. The remaining $4MM came from SmartForest and early investors. More here, here, here, here, here and here.
